I am attempting to use Blender at the moment, I usually use max, however this is a student license. Does anyone know if there are any plugins or themes for Blender which make it similar to the controls and layout of max?
Hey everyone! I'm an MA Games Art and Design student at the University of Hertfordshire, this is something I've been working on for major project! I would love some brutally honest feedback! - Priya :)
Hello everyone! I´m a 3D student and I would love to hear some feedbacks and critiques of my portfolio. The point is to improve and reach a job as a junior 3d artist. Thank you very much. https://www.artstation.com/edumartinez
@bradmyers82 Thanks, but i don't have Zbrush.... I used Mudbox student version right now, and probably going to switch to Blender in the future. I appreciate the help though, thanks again!
Recently, 2 batches of our students have graduated. If you've missed the Grad Show, fret not, feel free to view their class blog here: http://fzd05.blogspot.com/ http://fzd06.blogspot.com/
For Zbrush is there a student version? Atm I can't afford 800$ for a program that isn't my primary intent to learn but damn The Order team did an amazing job truly spectacular work in that post.
It's never easy to hear something like this, as student it makes me yikes of the unpredictible the game industry can be but also I love how supportive this community is. The best of my wishes to those affected.
Yes this was made in UDK, we are a bunch of final year students who have either worked in placement or for indie companies, I should also mention there are 5 prgrammers that helped with the game as well.
I know weebly, but flavors.me was only $20 for an entire year. I was a broke college student when I set it up, and now I'm an even more broke, unemployed, graduate. XD
Comparing your work to other unemployed students is not a good framework for judging how well your doing. Also if that thing under the lee's clothing sign is a door why is it floating off the ground?
