hello, which one of these plugins for hair,fur would be the best solution for a 3dsmax user and why? Are there any specific system requirements for those plugins?

There is an option in .FBX to triangulate on export. That was the giveaway....... ;) .FBX to UE4 respects 3dsMax's modifiers but not Blender's, it seems.
