After updating to the latest homebrew SDK the app broke. It's now finally back to the way it was, so I can start adding the new stuff. Still not going quickly, but you can expect stuff to happen now.
Well now I'm finally starting to dig into max 8 and the new features they added to skin is straight out of skinordie. It's about time. Workflow is a lot more streamlined with the better selection tools and ability to quickly blend.
Why is that bill? I actually do (or did) post occasionly. My topics just degenerate rather quickly and are locked. At this point it would be pointless to seriously post anything so I'm just playing the apt pupil.
Looks good so far. I would suggest not putting an eye as seperate geometery in there as that tends to increase the poly count quickly. Instead, just make it a flat plane and possibly use a normal map to suggest roundness.

I've been playing with the Mac version tonight, and it's got some quite nice retopology tools. It feels a little clunky in places, but as Gwot says it could evolve very quickly with more production artists giving it a go.
MoP I didnt get when you say of working quickly with edgeloops and rings, I can make selections and set loops and rings pretty fast, can you explain what you mean to say?

I have a client requesting UI fx like sparkles, button hiccups, etc. stuff we'v done in Unity but need to quickly adapt to doing the same in Unreal. Anyone here experience with that workflow and can point me in the right direction on either tuts or consulting?
Blood Quantum is a game that I'm working on. This is my personal project. Since it's an indie title, AAA standards are no really reasonable. We created some tech and decided on a very simple, vibrant, art style to get more content out quickly. I'm excited to hear advice and critique!
