Max: when using Connect, how to control direction of the "Slide" setting?
When using the Connect command, for any given selected edges(s), how can you predict which direction the "Slide" setting will move the connecting edge? Is this some arbitrary thing Max chooses based on the selected edges and their relationship to one another, or is there some inherent property of the edges that can be set… -

Thanks guys, turns out the USB version of Slax saved my butt and let me burn an Ubuntu DVD so I can get things rolling properly again. For a first time with Linux I do have to say I'm quite happy with it, seeing as it pulled my bacon out of the fire. :P Seems to have trouble detecting one of my HDs, but it shows up so it… -

premium: thanks for the critique, I appreciate overpaints. Agree that tower lost focus with the platform. I had it with no light at the beginning, but wanted to add some different color, since plain blue picture used to look boring. But it ended up how it's ended up. Wasn't a good idea.
