Hello everyone, I'm new to this world! I'm now living in Brighton, UK improving my English. I would like to start working on video games, making items for Dota 2 Workshop. I used Riki for my first character. I welcome feedback!
The Backwash is a Steaam workshop item that has been made for the game Team Fortress 2, this model was designed by the Steam user Marty. I have recreated this model using 3DS Max and Substance Painter 2. Feedback would be great. ArtStation: https://www.artstation.com/artwork/XEKQn Reference:

Not entirely sure this is the right forum, but it's kinda general discussion. Would it be possible to get more User generated content categories, especially for games such as Rust, with quickly growing workshops? There are several thousand at the moment, but from what I can tell there are quite a few added every day.
My friend made the initial design and I've begun to model it. I'm currently finishing up refinement on the basic model, soon to move into sculpting and texturing. Currently it only has flat color textures. Not my first item submitted to the workshop, but this is my first time posting WIPs on Polycount.
Learning to model is a hard way. There is no shortcut. Just push hard and practive. It takes years to get really good. And you can model everyting in maya. Here is a recently posted workshop. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mibMPaE4Qyk
Awesome, would be sweet with just a short simple tutorial. I have been spending time reading up on it since they announced that Dota2 will use the workshop and it didnt really seem that complicated. But i bet its good for the community!
Awesome thanks! All the parts being in separate .nifs makes sense now that thinking about how the weapons go together in the workshop in game. Can't wait to take a shot at getting a few mods of my own in FO4.
