Dirigible - Thanks, I made that change and I'll post once I get more done with the body. Tw1tch - Thanks. I'm still tweaking and making changes, so hopefully the next update will look even better. I'm sick - so I didn't get much done today. Just a small update on the face. Still haven't touched the ear and hair but I'm…
Man you did so well with this piece, I think with some tweaking of the background or presentation it'll be a really nice finish. I don't get people in this thread saying you need to up your game, I get you need to go for a high level of quality but it seems like you really gave it your all (nice textures btw.) I'm sure it…
-You should add a layer of dark grime along the bottom of your stucco texture like my paint over, helps give sections of the house a bit more separation and weight -Grime a bit more on the stucco as it gets closer to the wood, where dust may have accumulated What are you taking these screenshots out of? So looks like all I need to do is check out the export options. Thanks again for the heads up. I will give you a shout if I get lost at any point!
any time i've dealt with setting up eyelids for animation i have my modelers do eyes closed. All but one time i've used blend shapes to get them moving, the only exception was on a really old engine where i had to manually keyframe the verts. As far as topology goes, it really depends just how expressive you're getting.…
Finally some Updates to share! These boston snow storms can't keep me down. So here is a video of the first playable "milestone" I guess you could say. The functionality is pretty much how I want it, and most of the animation stubs are in, some a little more polished than others but nothing is final. [ame="…
It looks like I going to need to be freelancing for a while, so it's time to finally get off my butt and do something about this portfolio. http://www.jackablade.com I've been rather lax in keeping it up to date, so a priority is obviously to get some new work in there, but I'm wondering what else I need to do to hammer…
