I'm not sure on the technicalities but they proxy animate and transfer the data across, Ie they use a system of weighting on a rig that matches closely/if not exact to the high-poly rig and animate through that. I was just there last week. I would recommend trying to walk EVERYWHERE. the city is not that big. It takes about 3-4hr to walk from one side to the other.. You get to see EVERYTHING. That's the kind of bad self-confidence problem that sees 'winning' as a much more important function that actually 'playing', or having such tedious acquisitions like 'skills'. They cheat so they don't risk the humiliation of losing, or any other validation of their aforementioned loserdom. Dorks like that get on forums…
