Wow the cracks do look amazing. Adding some variation like one that go deeper or different sized cracks would really bring it out. Dunno if you were planning on this being a statue but seeing some chipped off stone along the edge of the ear or the tip of the tongue like Slipsius said would add character to it. -

I like the style so far. I think a good idea would be to have a figure or small statue in each of the side supports - make them look like they are holding it up or something? What is the proper plan for your scene in UDK? Is this going to be just a single piece to show off, or is it going to be part of a larger scene? -

The texture feels a little like stone. If you can give his lower body some transparency with a distortion or some kinda of moving normal map that'd be kinda cool. Then add a few extra planes inside with bubble textures that kinda move also that'd be cool. Otherwise he looks like a statue to me. -

If you do plan on finishing it I would suggest replacing the screaming men statues with something else if you don't feel comfortable with the human anatomy (which it looks like to me). The way they are now look rather hilarous since their facial stucture is more akin to Munch's "The Scream" rather than the stylised humans… -

Thanks,seems static meshes are better but when it comes to building lights and such, does bsp bake faster? Some one I know is saying with bsp brushes u get way better performance and bsp brushes should be used as much as possible unless for meshes that require custom or complicated modeling like statues, trees e.t.c. -
