And here' s another update. I cleaned the lineart and I also added some background suggestions. And also, trying to establish the atmosphere by adding bullets in the foreground. I think I will start a black and white sketch now, trying to concentrate on the lightning and values.
U can work on it in ur spare time. Right now, it can still be used for animations. The fact is it speeds up doing lineart. There is huge potential of this being added to the toolsets of a lot of artists and animators. If u decide to scrap it, it would be a waste imho.

Hey guys, We're currently working on our FPS / RTS game 'Warsoup' and I thought I'd open this thread to keep posting some Warsoup art and progress to get some good feedback here. Hi poly (: I'm planning a Tyrande fanart with the Temple of the Moon from Darnassus as a background. I did a quick sketch of the bg plus Tyrande herself and before starting to paint properly I would like to know if there are any big mistakes that I should correct before starting (specially on anatomy) to get rid of the…
This sort of thing would be amazing. In general cliff notes even for what is important in technical fields is super useful. I have a basic book on fashion which is just lineart of various clothes and clothing features + basic underwear types and it is one of the most useful things in my library.
I would think that these could be quite popular on a site like Turbosquid, or even (if in-game versions are available), on the Unity asset store. I personally could see myself possibly purchasing a pack like that for illustration purposes - to trace lineart over it, or to use in a kitbash. I hope this helps !
Looking good! My suggestion would be to use desaturated colours when shading, rather than grey, which is what it looks like you've used; and instead of using pitch black for the lineart, make it a colour darker than your darkest shadow. :) It will help with a more realistic feel.
I agree, I think the problem is the darker shades you have used are too dark. It creates the illusion of lineart almost. Lighten them up a little, and add some more details on the main rock as the only detail right now is where the dark lines are :) Gl!
