Ahh my bad, I thought those two UV shells were the inner and outer portion but now I see that they're both the outer portion. I'm unsure in this instance sorry, this is just Max's weird tangent woes becoming apparent again. -

That might be too problematic to do. The filesize alone is 300MB+. Thanks for the offer though. I have found a work around by rendering out multiple maps so the bad pixels change and then using Photoshop remove the red pixels and fill the holes with the maps that don't have a red pixel in that position. I had a similar problem, and it turned out that it was my memory that was bad so it was copying bad files to my hard drive. I downloaded and ran Memtest 86 and found that one of my two sticks of memory had a handful of errors on it. When I removed the bad memory everything formatted installed and ran fine.
