Hey to all, I was wondering if in UDK you can project a texture on an animated model (skeletal mesh) without world based variables and distortion on the texture projection. No need for a solution, just curious if it's possible.
so what i have here is a shader ive set up to use a gradient mask, mixed with a heightmap. i want to be able to control the height at with im blending the snow on the mesh, but since i have repeating textures, it repeats every UV section. is there a way to get this so i can effect the entire object (if possible without…
Which will be faster to render - one big texture atlas for all objects in scene, or break it down on two-three-more smaller textures? And does it change in one renderer from another?
thanks, my shader material is still "funky" and I am using in this case two different texture sets; a skin texture set and a seamless water droplet texture. I will see what I can do!
Rendered in Marmoset Toolbag https://www.artstation.com/artwork/NAKJJ Something i've been working on inbetween school assignments, exams, league of legends matches and other stuff. I think it turned out well. I learned a lot of new techniques and it's my f irst time exposing parameters. Hope you like it!
I spent the last few hours trying to make a cardboard box, Im focussing now on the edges where the corrgated structure is visible, any suggetions? is a there a node which makes a 'wavey' pattern?
I seem to have an issue where I previously was able to change the scale of the pattern for tarpauline but can't any longer. Can anyone tell me how to change the scale easily? http://puu.sh/mLdxK/088dcc07d9.png
Did some more fine tuning of the normal / roughness / height maps and some rendering in toolbag with Textures I made only in Substance Designer. Critique to improve appreciated. Hi guys. How are you all doing, how is 2019? So I am trying to make something similar to picture 1 above in mixer. But for some reason I am stuck here. I like the way the color is in mixer but I just need a little more of noise to this guy, or do you think I'm over thinking this. Any tip for this guy over here? Thanks
