Do the decal sub-materials have the "Decal" box ticked? It's an obvious question, but the checkbox fixes some of the z-fighting issues, so maybe it can help.
Looking hawt! Will their be more hard surface detailing in zbrush or just the holes? Btw, i have to say that Ctrl + Z get it's fair share of punches to! :P
YES!!!!!!! THATS AMAZING! however whenever i do that in the Z axis.. it snaps to 0 on the grid (for both relative and absolute). still though.. awesome. thanks :D
I know what they do. I was just pointing out that the Z value is not completely black. Anyway, the NormalmapUncompressed format is extremely buggy and it's better not to use it in DX11.
It's just a shadow problem with the dynamic lighting in UDK. This is the problem I'm facing and... ... it's not a swizzle error, my normal maps in UDK are correctly set for X+ Y- Z+.

The marking boxes that pop up are a feature of 2012, and its awesome. I'm running hotfix 2.0 btw. However, destination by local Z has always been there.
