It's cos your pivot isn't pointing the right way. You can set it to an edge or whatever using the various options

i`ve coordinated the pivot a 0, 0, 0. Just like the regular spear model working in 3dmax btw...

I agree, probably the pivot point. Try also messing with the foliage offset option under the terrain material settings.

ue4, like udk, still sets the pivot point of all exported objects to 0,0,0 in whichever application you're using.
