New question: Can you have an alpha that adds and subtracts at the same time without having the edges of the alpha show up? I tried with a 50% grey as my base, but it didn't work.
9 of these characters will be used for character customisation options, so the proportions will be identical. The rest will have unique animations, 90% of which will be humanoid. We will be aiming for approximately 50 animations in total not per character.
Bitmap, I think portugal will manage the first round, but there's 50% chance of playing against Spain in the 16-round match haha. And if Portugal survives that, it's Italy or Holland. So should be an awesome WC.

Thanks for the comments, I'll consider all of them. JKM, that's odd, I thought it's the other way around Maybe if I reduce the self-illum to 50 the shape of the model will show through more.
it's tough, dude. but stick it out. this thread usually pops up about once a year. we all go through the "oh wtf" period after seeing a 50 page knob-polish.
I like to open a banana by holding it by the stem and whipping it over my shoulder and catching it with the other hand, under my armpit, like a nunchuck. It opens, but stays in my hand 50% of the time.
