Definitely. "PBR accurate" roughness values are useful as a base, but these values can never account for the damage/stains/dust/polish/whatever has happened to the material in the context of how you've used it :)

Very cool! Only thing that I notice right off the bat is the texture repeat on the concrete in on the biggest shot (the two slop stains or whatever). Otherwise I think it looks great.
slick as fuck, maybe too slick needs something to stop it looking like architectural pre-viz maybe some coffe cups and stains on the desk, that sort of thing will sort it out

This is the nuclear reactor part of the main player base and one of the first enemy encounters in the game. Lots of holes in pipes and walls for enemies to spawn :)
