I do give my hats off to Steam, I check the weekend deals every weekend because they have some insane deals, awhile back they had a L4D for $25, and more recently I purchased FEAR2 for $25, and Crysis Warhead for $15! -

Me too. Just finished jumping through all the hoops to get the first one ready for printing. Already got another 15 sculpted, so I'm praying this first one turns out well. Only another 60 odd to do after this..... -

Personally I prefer text tutorials, 15-20 images with walls of text explaining the thought process. That's what I learn from most. Or stuff just like phillipk's, show you an image, briefly tell you what he did to achieve it. -

i probly would have told my 15 year old self to start learning 3d (didn't really start until freshman year of college), get better anatomy books and of course play less quake. god i loved quake -

Congratulations to you! I've recently rekindled my love of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. I haven't had one in 10-15 years but 2 weeks ago, it just sounded way too good. I've had one every day since then. -

I lol'd. Yeah, I think that website worth determination thingy is all guesstimation. My friend runs a blog on his domain that maybe 15 people visit every few days, and it's somehow worth 1.8k? I don't think so, lol. -

Well I made a bit of progress today. Still working on that slot bit. 15 hours now and I've hit another road block. This corner is curving up and I haven't figured out a good way to place geometry to stop that. Any suggestions? -

Here's a bit of surprise ... DOOM is apparently this weekend's leading money earner for films at $15 Million USD. Of course it's also earning about $5 to $7 million LESS dollars than hoped for. It's a bad weekend for motion picture box offices all around.
