Valve is only really going after poorly made games that use AI generated art, and even then not very consistently. There are several moderately successful Steam games that use mostly AI generated art (Source of Madness comes to mind). -

In the past, users were able to post a request in a subform after a given number months. It wasn't automatic, a moderator would process the request. One day, you'd get a new title, title font color, and avatar and it felt really good. -
Trying to reclaim an old account.
