Hamaell Portfolio
Hello everyone I just finished my studies in graphic video games this September and I start a new portfolio on polycount ^ ^ Here a part my last work and update in the next week First try with Arena net Character test Inspiration and references for my project of the next weeks -
uvtools
are people still using this script by andy oakley as I used to find it very uselful. I could n't get the latest version(3.0) to work in max 2010 though. I just want to copy and paste/rotate uv's on a per poly basis. version 0.9 works but is a bit broken -

I just turned 21. Mwhahaha. At least i've found work and i'm not all feeling like i havn't done anything with my life yet. Thanks to all you guys for helping me along my way also, this is the best game artist community on the net! -

Yeah that's pretty nuts for on a face in a CG film, since CG films love to zoom in on faces waaay more than for a liveaction actor. Also, altho minor, the UVs on Don's purple eyemask is pretty sloppy for a prominent camera area of a face aswell. -

Cheers man!, the mouth is proving to be an issue at the moment haha. Anyway a quick update. here is the base colours and maps nutted out in maya, all just flat colours.. some tweaking needed here and there before adding more detail. [IMG][/img] -

Nice, some minor nit picks: Seems kind of strange to have holes/indents along the edge of the chair cushions. Also some noticeable mirroring of the stones behind the torches. Other than that looks great, hope it leads to something good for you :) -

Added some leafs/vine to the rocks, to try and break them up a bit, for now though im going to move on and nit pick about little things when the whole thing is a bit closer to completion. Next job is trees and a treasure chest -

Anonymity is here to stay, it will only get more popular and more secure. Any attempts to clamp down on it will only increase the speed with which people embrace the even more secure and anonymous options. This whole controversy highlights the dangers of NOT being anon on the net. -
