Thanks guys, these were my first rocks with no bubblegum shapes :D :D I think my next step will be a clean retopo for the rocks I wanna try to catch more details with the mesh topology.
The only problem with this is that you lose the ability to cull the 49 other rocks when only one is on screen. Where it would work great is if you have a bunch of rocks that use the same material that are in close together.

Looks good man! Nice rock sculpts. I dig the mini waterfall/stream as well...maybe you could get some particles around the areas where it runs into the rocks so it looks like water is splashing off of them a bit.
Just a quick update, I haven't had the time to work on this as much as I wanted but I am constantly working on the rocks and the textures. I am going to start work on the foliage this week to fill up the scene and modelling some more rocks.
anamorphic flairs, super grunge, high spec, shinny rocks/wet looking rocks, over done bloom, the colors brown and grey all let you know if a game is next gen or not. otherwise how else would you be able to tell!
the scenes looking awesome now! maybe you could up the normals or add a scratchy rock detail to the rock textures/unreal materials somehow as alot of it looks a bit polished and smooth any tips on how you got such nice reflective water?
i really like the tree in the original stage, gives a winter feeling, while your is just a dead trunk... also i would add the sihlouette of rocks or mountains in the distance. i like your rock texture!
