been playing this a bit thanks to stradigos's beta giveaway. I'm a noob too and haven't had too much problem. There's a search filter you can enabled that directs you only to "newbie" games. It's worked pretty good for me so far.
Try turning off Nitrus viewports. If you already did make sure anti alias for wireframe view isn't enabled in the viewport configure driver dialog. For me, wireframe views have always been slower than smooth shaded views.
thats what i think. because i think it has to say 800Mhz on the memory frequency. altho it says 400Mhz. The memory is SLI ready. I went to the bios and check the memory part and its enabled. The Sli mode of the memories i mean.
That's a funky lil drone, nice job animating it! The spotlight attached to each eye is a nice effect too :) If you find a way to enable proper dynamic shadows cast by each of those lights, do share how :P Awesome work as always :)
If you go to the camera object you can enable Safe Frame, this will give you an accurate preview of your render region. Depending on the settings in your 3D application and the aspect ratio of your video, the FOV/focal length of the lens may need to be adjusted to match.
I'm new to Maya since ~2013, so forgive the ignorance. But when I enable my hypershade from the windows panel, I see my UVs. (As seen by the window name and the window content). Anybody know why this is, and how I get Maya to behave more predictably?
Does anyone know if its possible to set driven key of a child joint to drive its parent ? this is somthing ive not been able to do ... i get the cycle error ... I understand why this is not possible to do in a standard way ... but is there a trick envolving locators or constraints that will enable me to do it ??
Hi, I have some python scripts using mset that automatically do an AO bake. I wanted the option to either enable or disable the floor occlusiion, except that option aoFloorOcclusion under BakerObject says it is depreciated in the documentation. I did try it and it does indeed do nothing. How can i access this option?
That's what Neox means; you'll have to export your low poly with smoothed normals enabled in ZBrush, so they are smooth in Substance painter. You can't do that in Substance painter. Under "Options" in the same menu you have some additional parameters for adjusting the smoothing of the export.
