You can DL it but I don't think you can install untell the 14th. I think they may have done this to combat early data mining and such. -

10th and 11th were missing from the map list. How do people do those isometric timelapses? Are they really saving a 40 meg file out daily and rendering a map? -

Increase the Ray Distance parameter (to 5m, I guess, if you're getting the results you want at 1/10th scale) and you should get the results you're after. -
