I use this - http://www.monoprice.com/Product?c_id=108&cp_id=10841&cs_id=1084102&p_id=6814&seq=1&format=2 I notice no difference from my wacom at work.
The Note 10.1 is Wacom tech, so it's a safe bet to expect it to work like a wacom. ;) I do love mine, though I believe it's "only" 1024 levels of sensitivity instead of 2048.
10.1 information is now public. http://community.thefoundry.co.uk/discussion/topic.aspx?f=3&t=122339 Procedural modeling. https://vimeo.com/162608609 https://vimeo.com/162608628 And with MeshFusion.. https://vimeo.com/165166193
Working on some more WoW inspired stuff: Can someone show me how to get specs to display in my Max Viewport? Also When I do hardware rendering, anything with an alpha gets all grainy. 1051 tris:
Here is one of my pieces i've been working on for a while. 1051 tris, with 2 textures; it uses, a 1024x1024 texture for the body and a 512 by 512 (with an alpha) for the hair. Below are my textures
uv's done time to start texturing revised model (1049 polys) with color flats applied to initial light bake @JasonLavoie thanks! @DanielB i agree, the old knee was balls
Here is the reference I used to make mine along with some model reference I've noticed that a lot of the tanks have small differences between them, possibly due to the panic of the Germans invading in 1941.
http://www.ncix.com/products/index.php?s...mp;promoid=1048 good deal for those up in canuck land, heck even with shipping it looks to be a good deal. dunno what newegg has such a drive for.
You can see Geomeric's Enlighten demo that Thomas P. posted running live on a 2014 Samsung Note 10.1 in the feature preview video here - http://youtu.be/tSfakMeW0lw?t=20s
I'm also curious if anyone has any experience with the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 with the Wacom stylus. Just wondering if it would serve as a smaller Wacom Cintiq but be a bit more handy around the house. thanks!
