You guys will love version 2 if you're only using the 1.55 demo. There were huge improvements to the tools and performance made. The 2.2 update which was just announced promises further improvements to the Zsphere tools which are an excellent way to approach character creation. The interface isn't bad... just different.… -

The model looks nice but it dosnt look right yet with texture. Try baking in a light into your diffuse which is coming from an array over it, so you get a lighter texture gradually from top to the bottom, this makes a big difference and gives your form more definition, especially on the round parts, like the lamps on front… -

The poses are lopsided so he is walking with a bit of a limp. There also isn't much up and down motion which is pretty key.
