So far I haven't had any issues using 3D coat, religion or not. It's nice for handpainting, quick unwrapping and retopo from my experience. Remember 3D coat also has sculpting functions, which can negate purchasing Zbrush. However Zbrush > 3D coat for sculpting. If your game uses PBR you may want to take Substance instead.… -
