Photoshop Alpha Problem
I hava a problem with the alpha channel within photoshop. when i copy something into the alphachannel( especially with low contrast), photoshop seems to dither the source image. my gueuss is: even if the alpha stores true 8bit, ps seems to work with less depth and therefore dither it. anybody has a workaround for this? i… -

I know PBR texturing in photoshop, but there's a job position which requires artists to also have skills to create photorealistic textures in photoshop. Can someone please tell me what are those skills I should practice ? -

I'm pretty sure that's not a bug but just how the photoshop brush preview works. My photoshop and the images I find on google all show the exact same as your preview does. Only (some?) default photoshop brushes seem to have the pen pressure previews. -

wacom / photoshop issues
fresh install of vista 32 using photoshop cs4 with wacom cintiq, not getting any pressure sensitivity when i look in the other properties tab theres a lil "!" symbol, latest drivers for the wacom. and in the wacom settings it shows the pressure sensitivity working, but it does not work in photoshop!! its making me go grrr… -

Photoshop CS5 .dds support
I'm very annoyed due the fact I can't find a .dds tool for CS5 x64. Are there other plugins like the Nvidia ones for Photoshop? I would like to work within Photoshop and still save to .dds format. Any suggestions where to get a plugin?
