I'm trying to make a simple buster sword, and I was following a tutorial, but whenever I try to select anything in the Unwrap UVW modifier, the + disappears. Does anyone know a fix?
Hi. Maybe you guys find boring the D9 rifle thred but I have a model too. :) The highpoly model and the UV's are ready and I just started the texturing works. I found many D9 gun topics so I have inspiration to start the work. Actully I'm a beginnner at texturing. :)

@Computron : The fact that the gun looks blocky is normal, I think. There is a gun similar to that one in District 9 (except it's more like a rifle than a rocket launcher) and it's also blocky. As this model is inspired of this gun, so I guess it is also shaped in a blocky style to fit with the original.

Im reading the tutorial for physique, and i can't find the "initialize" button. here's what i do: 1) I select the mesh (object) 2) I go in the modifier rollout 3) I apply the physique modifier over my mesh Now where is the initialize button ? i looked under every tab there is in 3dsMax. Im dying to know, thanks
