It doesn't have to be the same, but make sure that your texture sizes are powers of two, that is 32, 64, 128, 256 etc., otherwise they wont be streamed. You can use texture sizes like 1024x512 etc.
HA, Unreal, indeed, and other Flash based games. Just seems odd. I've read the lack of Flash support is a response to streaming content vs itunes, but don't know enough about the whole spiel.

Muzz, oh man, it's really odd quote. I think the problem is that not every experienced artist has enough skills to teaching somebody. In that way it's often look like good drawing stream and nothing more.
