hey man, good start! Your overall image is too dark and it feels very much CG due to multiple things. Avoid relying on randomness nodes or textures like noise to add grime and wear to your models (looking at the shield metal), it looks unnatural. The spikes are clearly one single model spread all over. modularity is good… -

This whole PBR is based on removing AO from texture because engine already adds AO at a vertex level. I see no point for removing AO from textures that are for surfaces that don't have a complex vertex level to make the engine add AO on them. Ok, here's an update with the paladin. He is rather clean right now, so I should mention that nothing is final! Not even the choice of colors. Overall the model looks good, but there are some very big proportion problems and the model breaks down when studying the details. One of the most glaring problems is that the shape of the turret is inaccurate. You may need to re-examine your reference, or find more accurate schematics, to make sure you get the angles… -

painted sword
Ok this is my first go at a hand painted sword. i did some stones before but they were really bad at first and still only mediocre now. The original concept for the sword is not mine as i was following a tutorial but used different, but similar, colors to the original so i could hopefully better understand the painting…
