Find your scene in the content browser, right click, hit export pacakge. Unity will figure out what assets need to be included with your scene and export a .unitypackage or you could just grab the lightmaps by hand since they are normally stored in a folder beside your scene, with the same name as your scene. you can also use the skin utilities - it allows you to export a mesh that contains skin weights which you can transfer to another mesh. you can edit the skin weight mesh if you need to detach bits or fit it to a different shaped target as well. try skin wrap first - if that doesn't work look at skin utilities. -
