this is perfectly normal normal maps are not magic - if you're getting that close to it, you need more geometry, There are ways to mitigate it. - eg. you should harden edges at UV seams - but you're not going to get a perfect result under any circumstances
Do you really believe this? If so, I have some magical beans I've been looking to sell to the right guy. While this looks like a nice peripheral, I don't see its application in sculpting or 3d modeling.
They're not - it's a lot more casual; much like Hearthstone is to Magic: the Gathering. It's still another MOBA to me though, so I'm not yet keen on it. I'm also assuming it's free to play, which could influence my decision to in future.
It looks to me like the same block 4 times, just scaled differently and one of 'em is rotated 180 on Y. I don't think the slicing is anything magic, I think they've just textured both ends of the block...
Hey Magic, thinking of picking this up as I've been checking out the Scott Eaton class and think this would help quite a bit. How are you finding it in terms of improving your anatomy knowledge? Would be interested to know more.
You mean the white land owning men that believed Native-Americans were subhuman, blacks should be owned as slaves, and women shouldn't be able to vote? There is nothing magic about the constitution or the founding fathers (other than Thomas Paine)
Awesome. though adam, i expecting burly lumberjacks with wild chest hair, wielding great axes in one arm and large breasted red-headed women in their right, while riding magical unicorns across a sea of endless flowers.
Hey, mantragora... Yeah, I think I know what you mean... I'm thinking to do that too... just use my own rig.. let him repose, retarget or code or whatever into his magical version of Unity... :)
Your harsh, slightly intimidating, but fair. *sarcasm* I figured I'd probably end up doing something like that. Just was hoping there was some infamous magic button i hadn't heard about *rolls eyes* ;) Thanks greatly!
that might make sense if you could keep a single human alive their entire life by feeding them another single dead human. Pointing out logic holes in scifi is like accusing stage magicians of not using real magic.
