It might be hard but try to spend as much time as possible planning your project. Been there, a few times, where im just jumping in a project, maybe just for fun or practice. Ikken: You make a good point man, handpainting stuff really did move to the ds / psp, but why didnt it evolve along with mainstream next gen? Also, I'm truly not convinced that the last couple of years have really improoved at all artistically. Technologically god damn it has, and slowly the artistry is finding its way… -

okay, I saw the updated ikmages- I reckon that it's the armour design giving the impression of the proportions being out, in that the shoulder pads sit high and the helmet comes very far forward which gives the illusion that he is hunching his shoulders and sticking his head forward in a "no-neck" kind of way. What happened to the mountain scene ? Was looking good. The new environment looks cool. However your arches on the 2nd sceenshot are very flat at their tops and on the ref they have a nice curve.
