I know its standard to use powers of 2, but what is the reasoning? Besides applications that refuse to work with non powers of 2. Something to do with binary and pixel efficacy?

Was solved with applying a Power node with Exponent of 2.2 after loading the texture. Now this whole dilemma makes sense. EDIT: Sorry, in my case, add the Power after applying your OneMinus. :)

id recomend doing something like this: + put on the power supply with fuses reasonably scaled for your equipment then its more likely that the power supply kills the fuse instead of the component
