The head and torso look pretty good. I think the wings could do with some more attention. They are larger and thinner on the character and you can see the wing bones too. -

First steps of the harpy taken care of. A basic model with focus mostly just on silhouette, and a rig. Animations over the next few days, and I probably wont bother with textures and refining the model until after the level art is completed. Changed nose ring, seeing how eyebrow ring looks, . starting on the hair. Going to soften up the grooves on his beak. added blue eye make up, might change it.
