idk. i followed every step as valve said. but. i got no luck. maybe valve used other way to achived particle planes ?. other heros particle planes is fine. just tb's. Any ideas?

They are a group Idk how many people but they made different layers like in character customization, there are eyes hats skins etc in 2d layers so they'd combine them and make variations
There was a free bioshock one (basically a very skimpy pdf--maybe 10-12 pages, iirc) around the time of release at least. I'm not sure if it's still up though.
