[ QUOTE ] Ah, yes, gotta love it when some idiot wants to make a game, whips something up in Poser and says he made a game character... [/ QUOTE ] Yeah! Or better still how some losers keep making reproductions of female anime style models from games & cartoons...*cough*

I found it hard to track down any Modelers. If there's any on here who have done Cartoon styled, low-poly models before i'd be glad to look at your rates and services and talk some more. If you have examples of your work. i can look at.
Hello, everyone!I am new here, and want to ask for some advice about render time. Can anyone tell me how much time will it take to render a fully detailed 3D cartoon film? We have hi gfx and about 1h 45m with a core i7 2nd generation processor. Your answers will be very appreciate. Thanks a lot!
XSI, users. Capcom studio 4, CyberConnect2, whomever made that terrible dragon riders 3d cartoon, and a bunch more I am unaware of. I think I seen it in a Halo Reach making of somewhere but not entirely sure... So best modeling package for vidya games?...how come nobody mentioned Zbrush?.
hehe its looking good very stylised although i would like to see a little more facial composition in the face... he feels really doughy right now an i know you want him to look like a cartoon but I´d like to see a tiiiiiny bit more anatomy in the face
If you are making a medieval game you can't just go scan some imaginary village, you would still need to make it. Creating modular designs would be a much better way to make a city than scanning a refurbished medieval house. Cartoon graphics and hand painted textures can't be scanned either.
Frog cartoons tend to be barrel-bodied- that would help it stand apart from a gekko. You could accentuate its... frogness if you gave it a more hunched stance. The tree frog color scheme is unmistakable though. Hop light. Nice. How about crossed fried frog legs as an insignia? Muppet movie...
i saw those turtles on cgtalk, didn't know it was you, but my first thought was this: Your composition of that image is bad. It could be so much more cool. Go find some videos of ninja turtles cartoons or the comics or something and copy one of their layouts, because yours is just killing your cool work.
it was some good visibles, with a decent plot, horrible writing, but chock full of tons of things falling down to make the kids chuckle. i need to watch the first one again cause i don't rember it being so much a "cartoon" i wanted to like this, but really just found myself wishing for it to be over.
