Hey people! recently i have come to the end of one of the modules of my first year and the last bit is asking for feedback! The module needed me to make an monopoly board! so i went with Zelda! I only started this September so this will also help me! Thanks! I modelled in 3DSMax Textured in Photoshop Presented in Unreal…
Super nice man! The left rear leg is a bit poppy 38~40, that could very well be in the ref but it feels very different from the right rear leg around the same time. The pelvis is not behaving as a unit as it really is, but more like the shoulder blades. There isn't a corresponding dip on the opposite side when one leg…
29 Been playing games since I was 2-ish (Blitz on the Vic 20, memories....), started messing about with editing them since I found out you can edit the car skins in Grand Prix 2- didn't do much more until I got a copy of Quake 2. Was in the games industry for 5 years at Mobius/Rockstar Leeds, been on the outside looking in…
Noooooo...even some Ivy league schools don't charge that much for just a year's worth of education. Your average 4-year state-sponsored University in the U.S. charges much less, and there are plenty of scholarship opportunities for those. $34,000 USD for such a brief degree program is practically criminal. Again we are…
Hi everyone! Just to put things in perspective here's my brief story. I got a diploma in 3D animation in 2008. Didn't get a job in my area and got sidetracked by life for a while. My folio was a bunch of things I made during college and felt dated. Some time ago I decided to try architecture, didn't work out, figured out…
Agreed about the wear and tear, to many hard chips and not enough soft wear, will fix that, thanks! And yea, the grip material needs more love. Thanks, story-based wear and tear is in the next pass!
Wow, this has definitely come along way from the first post, and is looking really nice. One little thing I noticed; the wear patterns on the rock near the window don't make a ton of sense to me. The concrete around the windows looks so beat up that it's hard to imagine how they could still be holding the glass in place.
@Pyr: When I did the June challenge Bunker I put everything into unique sheets, knowing I had one room with concept art (like this month) that is simply one camera shot. It had several individual pieces that needed wear and tear unique to them so that can't just be tiled. However with the environment you might have seen me…
I was just about to post about MDR V6's (NOT V600). [ame="https://www.amazon.com/Sony-MDR-V6-Headphones-Wired-Digital/dp/B00001WRSJ/ref=sr_1_cc_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1325179091&sr=1-1-catcorr"]Amazon.com: Sony MDR-V6 Monitor Series Headphones with CCAW Voice Coil: Electronics[/ame] I've been using them for about 2…
Agreed, it's solid. As for some first impressions I had: The Untold house looks atmospheric and seems mostly realistic, but many edges have very wide bevels and are lighter like you might do for more stylized stuff. Edge wear is real, but usually not as extreme and even as that. The big round arches over some of the doors…
