there are 20 segments in there. take a cylinder with 20 segments, put it in the center, and snap each vertex of the round part, with the cylinder's vertex. you will get a perfect circle that way.. -

Max hates large numbers of objects. Try doing it in pieces: Array down to 20, combine, then array out to 10, combine, then array out 20, then combine.
