I usually make one trashCopy of my skeleton first where I go nuts with translating and rotating joints. Add it to a new layer and set it to reference. Then I create a new joint system where I just snap the joints to the old joints positions.
I like the top three compositions a lot. Not a huge fan of the bottom on. I would have the skeleton go down farther, as well as the muscle and have the skin start around the wrist. Also, do something with the background like you did in the other ones! :D
the flickering is probably the joint flipping I mentioned - you'll see spikes in rotation curves for the joints in question. theres a few scripts floating about that reckon they fix it - try swithcing to TCB controlers and reimporting onto the same skeleton though - you might get lucky
At what stage are you guys of remaking warcraft 3 % wise ? BTW there is some wrong with big skeleton guy , he look stiff , probably arm connection to the body or arm gesture Also art style looks a lot more like WoW then warcraft 3

well... it somewhat does. i dont know bear anat. i made it around the skeleton, i dont know how well mohaa takes to custom models, theres only a few, and they all use standard anims. That and i've got no animating skill at all.
Added few things since last time like a Skeleton, light torch, rain particle. Next things will certainly be a new sky sphere. I also begin modeling a character with cloth but it's the first time that I do this and it's pretty hard.
