When working producing art all day Im too shagged out to do much at home artwise - three kids also need my attention. When Im not working in art I tend to do traditional art, drawing and even some painting. I also paint miniatures for 40k. -
Re: What should I charge as an hourly fee for my 3d models?
~ $20 CAD/hour is what I'm seeing for a painter in Canada, however it seems high (at least to me) for a 3d model that took me 19 hours. That would put this model at about 400 CAD. idk to me it seems a little high. Thanks for the insight though! -

I don't want to dump on your hard work because pieces of this are looking pretty good but I think the pieces aren't meshing together well and they aren't supporting your overall goal of "abandoned". There are currently some problems with Viewer export matching the results in Toolbag 4. We plan to fix this in the next release (4.03). Unfortunately, I don't have an estimate for this yet. In the meantime, if you have a license, Toolbag 3 provides a more accurate target for Viewer export. -

Realistically, we are unable to sell those 2080tis for more than 400 $. I slowly came to this conclusion. Although as far as I can see, store prices have not changed so far. I guess it will happen when the new gen actually comes out. -

thanks guys. working nicely apart form one thing..the extrude comes with 15 divisions by default? how do i set this to just one? This is what i have so far: bt0 = cmds.button( label='Extrude Face', width=203, command=cmds.PolyExtrude ) -

Really amazing work wake. I love the "cauliflower ear" lady and the 40k inspired stuff. Gives me a boost to keep going and improving my work. :) Out of interest have you studied anywhere for anything games or art related? Or are you self taught? -
