Each box is 128px X 128px. 128 is the height of a standard story, 72 is the height of a person. You can treat 1px as one unit in Hammer, Max and PhotoShop. To get better pixel resolution in game, all textures are scaled down to .25 by default, so you get 4px for every unit. I think the same holds true for Maya and UnrealEd…
Been a busy year so far! I dedicated this past month of winter to redoing the Gustav completely. Came across an awesome thread of reference that really helped push the detail on this piece compared to to what it was before.…
what is the purpose of the little "old" icon in the top left of each post (above usernames)? Word sizes its images relative to the page size, using the DPI setting stored in the picture. But most CG images are automatically set to 72 or 96 DPI, which makes them print pretty large (and blurry). Best bet is to reset the images' DPI to 300 before loading them in Word. XnView can do this in a batch, so can Photoshop.…
Sorry bout that guys, now resized 512x512 and 72 dpi. basically generic color for the blade, and generic fibering and noise for little red button and metal. This was done rather quickly so I'm ready for some harsh C&C. Oh, and the glow effect was done by using a lens effect through Video Post Quickel. made a detach copy of…
Well. Shit. Games owned 168 Games not played 121 (72%) Hours spent 1,852.7h Account worth $2376.48 My top 3 games played.... 853.4 hours - Counter-Strike - I think this one could be wrong, considering I played this quite seriously competetively for eleven years 396.8 hours - Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition 243.8…
Yeah, I also can't download the file for my own entry. And yes, I have carefully set the item's visibility to public. But I guess only one with the link can access it. For thumbnail, I got the error too, but change the thumbnail ppi to 72 pixel/inch seems to fix the problem for me, strangely. So in case, judges don't see…
