You can always localise you subdivision density. Just x2 or x4 the head/hands/whatever to concentrate where you need extra detail. You can paint this in when zremeshing using 'polypaint density'
Hi all again, Made a few tweaks to his bottox and closed his mouth. I also polypainted it. Now onto the retopology in topogun, first time i've used it so it should be fun. Wish me good luck. :)
I just did finished putting a polypaint on it, again i'm pretty new at modeling and even more so at Zbrush. I think it looks decent enough, off to do the low poly now or start working on the island and house.
Cool EQ, thanks. Couple of other quick q's, is it possible to: - Set a hotkey for creating Bake groups - Toggle show/hide high polys with a hotkey or function - Bake polypaint from ZBrush sculpts, similar to Vcols in XN Thanks :)
Not with the maskrect mode; you'll have to hide of the model first. Alternatively you could drag out some black polypaint and convert that to a mask instead, but I find isolating half the model is so quick that I've never needed a workaround.
I think you did a pretty good job especially for your first sculpt. I would suggest that you give that monster an eye because it would improve it´s look. Finally some polypainting and you could be done.
another update , this time with no polypaint to see more the sculpt. mostly worked on the leg feet and face. im still now convince about the knees , if anyone have some kin of tricks with thosae that would be awsome! :D Uploaded with ImageShack.us
I missed out posting last night because I wasn't feeling well, but I did do work, I worked on his hands and some basic colors. Today I worked on more polypaint and redoing the body.
Was looking through a bunch of concepts and was really liking the stuff from the dishonored dlcs. Wanted to do a character to fit that theme and work on texturing. I'd like to get her lowpoly'd and into Marmoset. Here's the high. And some polypaint to help flesh her out a bit.
Hello, I am wondering if it's possible to export vertex paint data from 3ds max to marmoset? I know it can be done using Polypaint with Zbrush, just wondering if it can be done with the vertex paint modifier in 3ds max too Thanks!
