Does anyone know if there is any website where artists can sell their unused software? I am in the UK and for what I know it is legit and possible to buy or resell software licenses. -

An edge you won't see is a useless one. Optimize your wireframe to be sure that cuts are there only when they're necessary to the final look of your object.
