Might want to lower your brush's z intensity. Instead of 1 strong stroke (which usually overkills), do multiple stroke of weaker volume. Slowly building up the forms. Don't just drop a whole can of clay on it :P
to me it hints at some sort of clothsim functionality and the aforementioned render effect to be featured in the next version of Z. at least it wouldn't make much sense for them to create promotional material using apps from the competition.
Did this in 20 minutes just to try out and begin learning z brush, the interface is a little weird but i figured it out in a few minutes, decent result for my first try, ill have to get better to integrate this into normal mapped enrionments stuff
Something like that was happening to me too. Also the wanting to Ctrl + Z IRL mistakes and getting pissed because I cant. Just step back from the comp for a day or 2 or do some asymmetrical work
[ QUOTE ] Am I the only one to be unable to stand the evangelist voice they use in all these zbrush vids? Also the way they use z-something words to describe each and every feature. [/ QUOTE ] Amen to that brother...amen to that...
Hello Everyone! Thanks for taking the time to read my post. I am currently having extreme difficulties delivering assets without scale or rotation to Unity, and this problem is costing me days and many years due to worrying! I am bringing a step file from Inventor into Pixyz studio, then an FBX into Autodesk 3ds Max and…
Thanks for the head's up, hopefully it doesn't come to that I prefer Z Brush as I use it in my pipeline. I heard that at times at zbrushcentral people are selling their licenses at reduce or cheaper cost, I was just wondering if there was something similar being done on Polycount.
He's just showing what his high-poly top sub-d looks like, compared to the projected version of the z-remesher mesh next to it (on the far right), so you can see that there are no projection errors happening with his method (or very few).
Only got round to playing with it last night I am so impressed by live booleans having a little trouble with Go-z to modo but all the features are pretty much blowing my mind about now, and the gizmo is truly a gift from the gods.
Sometimes it isn't a mask, but a problem where it changes the intensity before it goes to pick the tool back up. If this is the case you have to exit edit mode, clear the document, and make sure your RGB and Z intensities are set to 100 before redrawing the tool.
