add a prop like a big shoulder pad or any eye patch :P, looking good! A few suggestions, make the torso bigger, it seems funny to me he has bigger armor at places like boots than the armor...also, try to work the face and the pants a bit more, they are a bit muddy imo. But, the hands are looking awesome, good luck! -

'lo, I've been working on this for a game with some friends and I kinda need some feedback before I start doing 20+ armor types and other types of weird stuff (Marmoset Viewer here) main thing I'm worried about is whether the armor textures clash with the cartoon look as I went semi-realistic but feel free to tear this… -

For those interested in converting substance materials to another software like armor paint or 3d coat, you can download the free substance player, load the materials, export them as textures and load them up inside the other software. Armor and coat will automatically recognize the pbr textures and create a pbr material… -

Wish we got to see more of this outfit in the games! but I'm loving the progress so far my only current suggestion is to look to KH3 and how they have modeled him and his proportions as a guide. Also looking at some of the characters who have armor might be helpful as well to see how to model his armor. -

if he has clothes under it must be extremely tight and he cant walk since the armor piece on top of his foot prevents him from bending it at all, the armor goes too high up on his thighs/hip, it´ll cut into him if he tries to walk. so maybe break it up more? -

Some of the fine details (golden lines on your armor) don't look so great. WoW doesn't really do hairline details- chunky shapes are where it's at. Also, it looks like the larger forms of the skull and planes of the armor are being ignored in favor of surface details. JadeEye's right, baking out a lighting map would help. -

For the first day I spent time getting a base body to match anatomy more, and wipped out some of the armor. I used Aneta from 3DSK as reference. I think I am going too slow so I might switch over to zbrush tomorrow to try and get the armor out quicker. -

Love the flying body language... that tail between the legs :) Not sure about the armor though - it seems a little just stuck on there. Maybe look up some references to leather armor... and see how you could make it wrap around the legs, and/or make it like a vest on the chest. Looks pretty good though. Good luck :)
