Thanks a lot for commenting The problem is that it's a dynamesh with +1000 resolution, and if I reduce the resolution, somehow I will lose the form. Is there any solution for this case?
On BSP surfaces lower number in the ligthtmap resolution field means higher resolution. It means "number of unreal units per lightmap texel" or something like that.

The resolution does not matter. Its only for print. The higher you put your resolution the smaller (in therms of cm by cm) your image will be in print.

It may just be me, but your texture flats posted seem to have a resolution of 2047 do the actual files have a resolution of this or was that just a mistake when uploading.
