I'm assuming you haven't tried co op... it's a LOT harder than SP relying on people, but it's still a hella lot of fun. takes more thinking honestly. not everyone can traverse super easily (poor wizard) can't wait for the online patch. buying the full now methinks.
Thanks guys =D glade ya like! yup, OG jason was all deformed and shit. I always thought that was silly. Just a crazed normal joe was always a more frightening thought to me (as a kid) b/c anyone could be him! Kinda like Michael myers (sp).
Alright, after a round of low poly retopology and trying to save a corrupted SP file, here's where we are now with this fella. I'd like to have comments about anything that comes to mind regarding finishing touches, does something bother your eye? Anything you want to add/adjust/remove?
Speaking of the dwarf, Tyrion Lanniste is an incredible/serious actor. See The Station Agent for an example of the breadth of his capability. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0340377/ I might look into Camelot, but after Excalibur. No Authorian (sp?) retelling can capture the magic of that movie. [ame]…
Thank you for making the thread Poinball. Silly question: For the flamethrower, normally anyone would create a highp for normal maps, right? Some normal detail can be painted in afterwards, like in SP, but for the curvature of the edges of some of those canisters or the diagonal grip for example, there's no other way but…
Heard bout this a few days ago, didn't take much belief into it after I heard one of them was a redneck idiot that shot himself in the hand *he was a deputy*. Plus their being promoted by a known bigfoot hoaxer sp?... If u can find their youtube video it pretty much describes the redneckness of america. :)
The RoC and TFT betas were both pretty good. The 'bat riders do normal damage' phase at the beginning of the TFT beta was painful, but other than that they tend to even make their betas a fun play experience :) . As it's likely MP only it shouldn't ruind the SP for you anyway. Hoping I get in too.
Very true. There is nothing preventing me from learning new software. I guess I just gotta slow down a bit and work on what I can and not try to do a million things at once. It'll get straightened out some how. Either of you use SD or SP?
Updating my "Health Pickup" atm. Trying to get a better fantasy feel with less generic elements. Currently re topologising (sp?) a quick crystal I made in zbrush that I will not only use as a mesh, but will render out and make a sub uv texture of for other uses later on (vfx kitbashing!)
Even if it means wasting your time learning an obsolete step(provided using SP/SD) in the baking process? There's already enough for people to learn without spending time on an old method that is heading for retirement. Perhaps the OP should also learn how to model by typing cartesian coordinates into a ZX Spectrum......
