Hey thanks guys! I'm taking the day off and my wife is taking me out. I got myself a new wacom tablet and she picked me up GH2 last week as an early gift and some new Star Wars items. Gonna have some beers today and bbq later tonight. Later
JFletcher, awesome advice. thank you very much for doing that step by step. btw OP, are you using a wacom pen or mouse? If you're using a mouse, i highly encourage you to take a look at getting just a basic tablet. It will help you tons.
sorry, not that great at using my wacom yet, i still love a mouse. But this is what i'm getting at Just something to help tie the top of the pillar into the ceiling a bit better.... Just a suggestion though, dont know what you've got in mind for the ceiling yet
the dual core i5 on the new (end of this month ) series 7 wacom digitiser'd samsung slates are supposed to be beefier. ASUS vs Sammy: http://tablets-planet.com/2011/08/31/samsungs-series-7-tablet-pc-competes-with-the-asus-eee-slate-ep121/
Because of the current world situation I got to take my office Wacom home. I finally decided to try my hands at some sculpting in Zbrush. It's fun but hard. I know there are probably lots of anatomy mistakes here, but I would like to hear what someone with more Zbrush/sculpting experience than me would say about it?
Hey guys :) First time poster here. Just a question, For anyone how as a Cintiq or really any Wacom product that has the side buttons to use as like keystrokes and hotkeys, do you guys have any custom setups that make workflow really efficient? If you could get any screengrabs of it that'd be nice, but any help would be…
I am finding the sensitivity of the Cintiq is too responsive especially when I rotate my view. Do any of you peeps have experience using a Cintiq with UDK and did you make adjustments to settings or just get use to it? I have combed through the Wacom Tablet Properties and could not find any thing to help me with this type…
I've got a laptop that runs Photoshop fine and the wacom works nicely with it. A full 3d app like Maya doesn't work so hot though. Basically I'm looking for something that I can export my models out of Maya into and load up the textures on them to see how they look. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!
Hello! So after buying a new Wacom Intuos 5M and giving my old Bamboo One to a friend I've done a hand painted texture attempt. After being like 6 months without practicing I think the result is not bad. The Intuos worths every € it costs. Please, give me feedback and critique. (I apologize for my mistakes at english :) )
COUNT_CRUSHMORE It can be hard at first to draw while always looking at the screen and not the pen. For some people it can take a while to get used to. For me it only took a couple of days. A simple wacom drawing tablet will always be better than those <500$ windows tablets with pens.
