Currently i am between 2 options. 1 is to upgrade my pc 2 is to buy Wacom Cintique 27 QHD Thinking what would support my path in the CGI field more. I do like to sculpt but same time i like also VFX in houdini. hard decision -

Also, be sure to go into your Wacom Tablet Properties menu, double click the tablet icon at the top, then pick "Recognition Data" this increases the hardware polling of the pen position. It's like increasing the stroke number in zbrush, only it is a hardware acceleration and doesn't slow you down as much as increasing the… -

You'd definitely want to go with a Wacom pen-abled tablet. Things may have changed recently, but back when I was trying to pick one up, they were a bit of a rarity with the vast majority only having binary (on or off) pressure sensing. -

they either did it with vectors than painted in some of the shading your talking about, or that bit of shading is just a gradient on a ellipsis. i persnally would make the shape in AI, than boot it over to PS, and work a little with a soft brush, and my wacom on it. -

Thanks again i know about the hand painted tutorials but i'm without my wacom at the moment so i have to do it by mouse that's why its so clean plus i think it looks alright since its in my style. -

mouse? not seen one in years. wouldn't you get horrible cramps pushing your finger down for more than a milisecond at that angle? with Ikraan here, a6 wacoms can be picked up for £30. just offering you some healthy criticism -

Hi Ruz Didnt do that! Was definatley the drivers in my case. Gotta say though iv been trying to sculpt the model with my Wacom thinking it would be fairly easy but the result looked crap lol. Gonna be harder than I thought. -

Generic Male
Started off as just a head, but I added a body. I modeled it so I can have something to texture when I get a wacom next week. Crits are appreciated. There are some things that feel 'off' about it, but I have a difficult time pointing them out. 1568 tris.
