I've never played TF2, but how to the characters hold this flamethrower? I see the handle and the trigger for, lets say the right hand, but it's a rather large (and probably heavy) weapon, where would the left hand go in order to support it's weight? cool gauge, solid design here. That's the result I'd expect in your normal map, looking at the low and high. The high's edges are much too sharp, and the "in and out" angles of the grip are much too steep to show up well on the normal map. Looking good. I'm not a huge fan of the toes slamming down at f82. I know people like top do it but if you are, I would give it a frame more. Might be nice to see some more tilt in the staff. Basically what soldeus said. Basic hotkeys: Use your numbers (1,2,3...8,9,0, 1 is 10%, 0 is 100%) to control brush opacity; pressing left alt lets you use the color picker when you have a brush selected. To change brush size use '' to make it bigger. Having a tablet of some kind is pretty important, even the entry level… -

So back with a little update. Changed the lighting and trying to give it more of a "mood". Going for a morning after feel. Adjusted the layout of the center a bit and added benches.
