Looks good, as thomasp says let us know your results if you pick a kinect and try it out as I'm very interested to see how much extra work is needed after the capture to get decent anims.
Hi Thomas, never easy to animate.... However this does take a lot of the work out. ipisoft kinect has lots of other nifty features like tri-linear jitter filtering. I can make great animations about 50 times faster than I used too. Thanks and Cheers

Hello It works in two parts. First you make the depth movie with the kinect camera, and it saves as an avi file.
